Roger graduated from California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, Ca. After his graduation, his culinary pursuits led him to Los Angeles where he spent 3 plus years as Chef de Cuisine at Maple Drive in Beverly Hills. In 1993, Roger ventured to Jackson Hole, Wyoming where he was the founding Executive Chef of the Snake River Grill. His innovative menu helped establish the Snake River Grill as one of the pre-eminent restaurants in the Rockies. Roger led the kitchen for seven years before taking time off to pursue the opening of The Rendezvous Bistro in 2001. Roger’s passion for the industry and unwavering dedication to his business has lead the Rendezvous Bistro to be a beacon of quality and service throughout the region. In 2006, Roger opened Q Roadhouse and in 2008, Il Villaggio Osteria. He has been in the restaurant business for 22 years and has brought his invaluable experience and expertise to every venue he has worked in.
