Worked at Stein Eriksen Lodge, Park City, Utah, co-owner in Stoneground, Salt Lake City, Utah and was the Executive Chef of Old Yellowstone Garage, Jackson WY and Il Villaggio Osteria located in Teton Village, Wy. Appeared on Giadias Everyday Italian for Jackson, Wy episode. Co-owner of Vaporbeats Production Company (vaporbeats.com) also known as Dj Flambe in the music scene. Resides in Alpine, Wy for the last two years.
